Our next General Meeting will be scheduled for sometime in the spring of 2026

Proposed Meeting agenda:

    1. Financial Statement for October 1, 2024 to September 30, 2025
    2. Review of expenditures to date (budget comparison)
    3. Discussion around next years proposed budget
      1. New categories added
      2. Discussion regarding EV Ready Plan (Provincial) and Electrical Planning report (Private electrical engineer)
    4. Landscaping updates
    5. Guidelines for any out-buldings, structures, car covers and sheds to maintain continuity in form and character
    6. Banking – Business account – 35 years with Coastal Community Credit Union
      1. Paying $1.50 per e-transfer
      2. No interest
      3. Open a business high interest savings account (.35%)? for new categories we save for
    7. Strata garage sales and strata barbecue
