    5. Depreciation report
      1. Parking lot – asphalt cracks
      2. Insulating attic pipes
  4. Snow cleaning – snow-blower?
  5. Reminder of the changes to the Strata Property Act regarding CRF and how it will affect the 2024-2025 budget
  6. New provincial regulations re: Electrical planning report
