NEXT MEETINGS AGENDA

Our next General Meeting will be held sometime in the spring of 2025

Proposed General Meeting agenda:

  1. Budget Comparison Report
  2. Review of expenditures:
    1. Parking lot repairs as per: Depreciation report
    2. Deck painting or staining
    3. Insulating attic bathroom vents
    4. Replace broken light standard & replace all bulbs with LEDS
    5. Windows repairs – Unit 7
    6. Tree trimming throughout property
  3. Suggest ions for regular maintenance to be included in future budgets
    1. Eavestrough cleaning
    2. Window cleaning (every two or three years)
    3. Dryer duct cleaning (every two years?)

    Please make an effort to attend these meetings, and if you are unable, please send someone your proxy vote.
